& other jazz piano giants. The last Sunday of the month Sarah’s Wine Bar turns into a fabulous Jazz Club – featuring world class Jazz Musician in an intimate setting with great food!

BERNARD'S COOKING SCHOOL

Tuesday, March 19th at 6:30 pm
Learn from the BEST! Join Chefs Bernard & Sarah as they demonstrate and teach an hors d’oeuvre, appetizer, entrée & dessert – then the best part of all! You get to enjoy the meal they prepared!
             Hors d’oeuvre – Moroccan Spiced lamb Purses
             Appetizer – Roasted Beet Salad, Sherry Shallot Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese Cigarette
             Entrée – Bronzini stuffed with tomato, capers & olives, baked on a bef of fennel sticks and served with fennel confit and fennel beurre blanc
             Dessert – Vanilla Panna Cotta with Exotic Fruit Compote

6:30 pm – cooking demo of hors d’oeuvre, appetizer, entrée and dessert – the dinner to follow!
