Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra

Once again, Bernard’s & Cellar XV & 109 Cheese & Wine will be sponsoring a Wine Tasting to benefit the Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra. There will be over 50 wines from around the world, Bernard’s Famous Pates and a selection of Artisanal Cheeses from 109 Cheese and Wine and Music! All for ONLY $10 at the door!

Wine Tasting Dinner – CASSOULET!!!
Cellar XV & Bernard’s – a perfect combo!
Passed hors d’oeuvres with a little “Bubbly”, French Tapas Table with a duo of Red and White, with The CASSOULET a duo of Reds and a Big Red for the cheese and dessert! Speaker, dinner & wines - $75 per person

The Italian Farmer’s Table Authentic Recipes & Local Lore from Northern Italy

A sumptuously illustrated cookbook featuring authentic recipes from over thirty agriturismi (working family farms that provide room & board to travelers) in Northern Italy, where the cuisine served epitomizes the farm-fresh movement underway in the US, the UK and beyond.
Processional Chefs Matthew Scialabba & Melissa Pellegrino have transcribed 150 northern Italian recipes from these family farms. $25.00 per Person
